After discussing it, we've decided that it's fine to app them but we don't want to create a whole other structure of families since it doesn't seem feasible that the power base could be spread across four plus groups. So they can be attached to an Asian mafia group however either they need to be affiliated with one of the main groups or attempting to freelance something like that.

Cam's wound is going to end up being pretty serious. I'm taking Cameron out of game but I am planning to keep Rafe and Roman.

No, actually I was thinking he'd just be wounded bad enough and considering that Ash is about to tell him something, he'll think twice about his life style and choose to leave chicago to finish recovering and whatnot.

Since they recently dropped a character and the rules say "16. If you drop a character, you have to wait three weeks before applying for a new one," we're going to have to say no to the hold for now for the sister. I'm sure by the time that three weeks is up the cap will be lifted anyway so it really shouldn't be a problem. Thanks!
